Yaragatti Sugars Pvt. Ltd.

The Yaragatti Sugars Pvt. Ltd. is located in the jurisdiction of Chandaragi village in Belagavi district. Spread over an area of 120 acres, it will consist of a sugar manufacturing unit and a cogeneration unit.

Yaragatti Sugars Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Satish Sugars Ltd., will have a 3500 TCD sugar plant and a 14 MW co-generation unit.

This project has been conceived under the guidance of Shri Satish L Jarkiholi, founder of the group. Shri Siddartha L Wadennavar is the Chairman and CFO, and Shri Pradeep Kumar M Indi is the Managing Director of this new company. The managing board and various divisions such as technical, finance, administration and human resource will play a major role in the implementation of this project in a time bound manner. The ground breaking ceremony of the project will be held shortly and plans are being made to complete this project too in a record time.

Cogeneration Unit

The cogeneration unit will produce 14 MW of power by reusing sugarcane waste. The electricity produced here will be sold through long duration PPA and will be made available to rural areas.
