To create a quality environment through enhancing commitment of workers/employees in relation to production, quality, technology, structure and system

The management gives feedback of external customers, department supervisors, colleagues & internal customers, to every employee of the company on a regular basis. This feedback covers areas such as their attitude towards work, ability to manage project, control and coordination, teamwork abilities, supervision and leadership skills, change management, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, etc.

This appraisal will provide an insight into factors (activities, style of function, special traits, knowledge, behavior and skills, etc.) which can make the employee in question to perform better.

Employees are evaluated by their supervisors and colleagues against pre-determined and mutually agreed important outcomes. The goals and key outcomes will keep changing in accordance with institutional challenges.
