A chartered accountant by profession, Sri Pradeep Indi is a post graduate in Commerce as well as Law. He has a vast experience in the management of finance and tax. He joined the company as Director on 1st July 2013. Due to his proficient financial planning, the company has made unprecedented progress and many new plans have been successfully implemented. In addition to Satish Sugars, he has been serving as the Chairman and CFO of Belgaum Sugars Pvt. Ltd., Managing Director of Yaragatti Sugars Pvt. Ltd. and as a Director on the board of several reputed companies. |

Smt. S. S. Jarkiholi is spouse of Founder Chairman, Shri. Satish Jarkiholi, she is Arts graduate. Under her guidance Company is setting up Executive Meeting Hall and Guest house. She is the main factor behind developing beautiful gardens in the factory premises. She is also duly involved in arranging Social & Educative gatherings and programmes to educate women & children at village level. She is actively involved in up lifting the social life of farmers supplying cane to factory. She takes all necessary steps towards Corporate Social responsibility. She is involved in day to day affairs of the company. |

Smt. Premalatha Dodamani, a graduate of Arts, is a woman director on the board of Satish Sugars Ltd. She is involved in the overall development of the factory. She has lent a hand in the construction of a well equipped conference hall, a guest house and a beautiful garden in the factory premises.
She is also involved in social services and has championed several causes. She has promoted the education of children and women at village level. Under her guidance, SSL has undertaken several CSR activities. She also assists in the day-to-day activities of the company. |

As Class I contractor, he has gained vast experience by successfully implementing several public contract works of the state government. Using his experience in the company’s activities, SSL has expanded its sugar, power cogeneration and distillery units. He is also serving as a Director on the board of Belgaum Sugars Pvt. Ltd. and Yaragatti Sugars Pvt. Ltd. |

Smt. Padmavathi Patila, another woman director on the board of SSL, holds a bachelor’s degree in Science. In addition to her active involvement in several social activities such as rural education and health, she also assists the company in its day to day activities. |

Sri Dileep Pawar joined Satish Sugars Ltd. as Company Secretary in January 2008. He is a certified company secretary and holds a post graduate degree in Commerce. He is also an associate member of the Institute of India Company.
He has garnered vast experience in finance and tax management. Due to his adept and thoughtful financial planning, SSL has made exceptional progress. Several new projects too have been efficiently implemented under his guidance. |
